Resin lead cores have strict inspection criteria:
1. Lead core should be straight, round, smooth, no elbow, fracture, smooth cut surface, etc.
2. Length and diameter should be unified without obvious error. Diameter error: 0.5 mm+0.08+0.05, 0.7 mm+0.03-0.01; length error: +1 mm.
3. Resin graphite lead core should be chosen as lead core material.
4. The wear coefficient of lead core should be less than 0.5 m m/2B, 0.7 m m/2B should be less than 0.16 m m/m, 0.12 m m/m 5, the flexural strength of lead core should be more than 150 MPa, 0.7 m m/2B should be more than 140 MPa, the packing should be strengthened by wooden box or other devices, and the marks of "carefully and lightly placed" and "fragile" should be printed on the obvious position of the outer case to ensure the safety. The products are fully qualified when they are transported to our company.
7. The remaining unfinished items shall meet the requirements of QB/T1024-2007.
